Dominik Gomez is Vice President at Brookfield Properties, responsible for the asset management of our U.S. hospitality portfolio.
Before joining Brookfield Properties, Dominik served as Senior Vice President of Global Asset Management and Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Junson Asset Management, where he oversaw a diversified portfolio of hotels, multifamily, student housing, office, and entertainment assets across the U.S. and Europe. He has a proven track record of enhancing asset value through strategic repositioning, operational excellence, and data-driven initiatives.
Dominik has also held leadership roles with Denihan Hospitality Group, Gansevoort Hotel Group, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. He earned a Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University, a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, and a Swiss Hotel Management Diploma. Fluent in four languages, he’s also an award-winning leader and an adjunct professor at New York University.
