David Lanterman is Head of Asset Management for Brookfield Properties’ hospitality business and Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he oversees asset management and capital projects across Brookfield’s North America hospitality portfolio.
Before joining Brookfield in 2025, David was with White Lodging, a developer, owner, and operator of hospitality assets, where he held successive leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company’s hospitality portfolio.
David holds a degree from Johnson & Wales University and serves on the brand advisory boards for Marriott and Hyatt.
