Mr. Shashank Jain is the Chief Executive Officer designate of Brookfield Properties and will be Chief Executive Officer with effect from July 1, 2026. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in real estate, private equity and mergers and acquisitions advisory. He has been working in the real estate sector for over 20 years and has been involved in significant transactions across asset classes.
He has joined from PwC India where he was the Co-Head of Deals Practice and also led the Transaction Services Practice within Deals. At PwC, he managed a team of over 1200 professionals. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Diploma in Business Finance from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.
