Don Merlo is Chief Strategic Officer, Development at Brookfield Properties, responsible for overseeing the exploration of new opportunities for our land investment portfolio in North America.
In his 28 years with the company, Don has held various executive roles in land development, housing, and mixed-use redevelopment and has a proven track record in the start-up of new operational divisions in multiple regions.
Don holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
