Nick is Senior Vice President of Development and Property in Australia. He is responsible for the property and development operations across WA in addition to the office development and design team nationally.
Nick is currently overseeing a number of large-scale office, retail and mixed-use developments in Perth’s CBD at various stages of construction and planning, including the development of Nine The Esplanade, a 19-story PCA Premium Grade office building at Elizabeth Quay. This project follows the on-time, on-budget completion of the neighboring One The Esplanade project, which delivered a 29-level, 57,000 sqm PCA Premium Grade office tower built for anchor tenant Chevron Australia.
Prior to Brookfield Properties, Nick worked in a number of roles for Multiplex and Lendlease both in Australia and the UK, gaining an appreciation for the impact high-quality property developments can have on a city’s culture. Since returning to his hometown of Perth, Nick has been able to put this passion into action, playing a key role in the development of the award-winning Brookfield Place precinct, a mixed-use development including two landmark premium commercial towers, four heritage buildings, luxury retail and a vibrant public space.
Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Western Australia.
