For nearly a decade, Brookfield Properties' annual two-day outdoor music festival in Lower Manhattan has brought fun, lively, world-class musical talent to the waterfront promenade at Brookfield Place.

Launched in 2011, the two-day musical lineup is a summer essential in New York, drawing more than 15,000 attendees annually. Previous headliners have included legends The Roots, B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Taj Mahal, Los Lobos, Neko Case, Common and Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings. As with all arts and events programming at our properties, all shows are free to attend and open to the public.
