Produced by ArtBridge, and presented in partnership with Arts Brookfield, this exhibition is part of City Canvas, an initiative of the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs.
Alive with Us/Vivo com Nós is a tribute to Black victims of deadly brutality, this exhibition imagines the future lives that Trayvon Marin, Sandra Bland, Agatha Felix, and Michael Brown were deprived of leading. Alexandre Keto strives to “use art as an accessible tool that enables direct intervention, opening new horizons.”
This artwork is located at the Grace Building construction fence on 6th Avenue, between 42 and 43rd Streets.
