Manhattan West Woof Fest: HOWL-oween 2023

Bring your dog to Manhattan West Plaza in NYC for spook-tacular canine activities and treats in celebration of Halloween! Show off your pup’s paw-fect costume on the red carpet for a chance to win prizes. Costumes are encouraged for both you and your furry friend.
