This Halloween, we've cooked up a ghoulish brew of candy-filled fun that will delight ghosts and goblins big and small. Get into the spirit of the season in a spook-tacular-but-safe environment at your local Brookfield Properties shopping center. Costumes encouraged; no full masks or face coverings.
