Curbside Pickup Program

Contactless delivery creates a safe environment

Brookfield Properties launched a Curbside Pickup Program to support the needs of our tenants and the community by creating a safe and comfortable shopping experience.

How it works

Purchasing*

Customers can make purchases directly on a retailer's website or by phone-in order and the order will be fulfilled in-store by store personnel. The retailer will then schedule a pickup time with the shopper. A designated landing page on the mall's website (see below) highlights a list of participating tenants, phone numbers to call upon arrival, and the location of the pickup area.

*Purchasing process may vary based on individual retailers' protocol. Product, pricing, and terms of the sale are all determined by the retailer.

Pickup

Upon arriving at the property, special signage will direct shoppers to a designated parking area where they can contact the retailer. Store personnel will bring merchandise directly to the shopper's car, placing it in the backseat or trunk of the vehicle whenever possible to minimize physical contact.

How to participate

To participate, local store managers should contact their local mall management personnel. Local communications to store managers have been completed regarding the launch of this program via our One Call Now platform. As circumstances are ever-evolving, real-time updates identifying participating properties will be added to this page.
