Consolidated Carolina

The Consolidated Carolina Lofts merge the mid-century Consolidated Building with the early 20th century Carolina Building. The lofts feature open floor plans with historic details, such as exposed brick walls and ductwork, large concrete columns and industrial-sized windows. Part of The River Lofts at Tobacco Row development, Consolidated Carolina is home to an outdoor pool, private courtyard, 2,900-square-foot fitness center and a restaurant.
