Nicole Ivers is the Global Head of Health, Safety, and Environment of Brookfield Properties logistics business, where she manages the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) program, security and environment, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives for both the development and operation of Brookfield’s logistics investments globally.
Before joining Brookfield Properties, Nicole led HSE for a large general contractor and oversaw construction internationally. Specific projects include overseeing the 2022 FIFA World Cup stadium construction in Doha, Qatar.
Nicole holds a bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University and master's degree from Wayne State University in Occupational and Environmental Health Sciences. She is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH). She is a Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) professional, teaches part-time at Georgia Tech University in Atlanta, Georgia, and is the current President of the Georgia Safety Conference.
