Cy Kouhestani is Executive Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing, responsible for overseeing the portfolio management and leasing of all office properties within the greater Washington, DC region.

Cy joined Brookfield Properties in 2012 as a Leasing Manager and has held several roles across the organization, including Director of Leasing and Vice President of Asset Management. He has held his current role since 2018. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Cy was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield.

Cy holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University. Cy currently serves as President of CREBA and on the Executive Committee of the Rosslyn BID Board of Directors.
